Charlie has gained extensive experience over the last sixteen years in Building Services
Design for a very diverse client base within, Industrial, Housing, Education, Offices and
Churches. Experience extends to Pre and Post Contract Planning, Costing, Project
Management, Energy Surveys and Condition Reports. He is also a qualified C.I.B.S.E.
Low Carbon Consultant.

Considerable experience has been gained by Jim over some thirty years in all aspects of
the design and implementation of Building Services in a great variety of building types
and for a very diverse client base. Experience includes condition reports and renewal of
building services in listed civic buildings, theatres and National Trust properties.
He has achieved several Awards for external flood lighting schemes.

Recent projects include: Dundalk Ice Dome, utilising waste heat from the ice making plant for space heating and domestic hot water. Nursing Care Facility at Wimbledon London designed to satisfy the sustainable energy requirements of Merton Council. Four new three storey apartment blocks in the Manchester and Wigan area. With a cost effective services design, our SAP calculation achieved a good rating and low co2 emission.

Refurbishment of Blessingbourne House, Fermanagh. Designed for replacement and upgrading of all building services without compromising the listed status of this building and achieving the best possible energy efficiency. Implementation of biomass scheme at the Grand Yard Castlecoole Fermanagh. A number of church projects are currently on site and others are at design stage.
